i had an amazing time at this hotel, especially during the christmas party. my previous stay in vienna was good, but this time it exceeded my expectations with the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast spread. the convenient location right by the metro made exploring the festive season highlights a breeze.

My stay here was fantastic, as it was just a short 15-minute walk to the stunning Schonbrunn Palace and even closer to the lush grounds of Schonbrunner Schloss Park, providing perfect outdoor spots for morning strolls. having a metro station right across the street made it super easy to explore more of Vienna quickly and comfortably.

We had an awesome group trip! The hotel was super handy, just a short metro ride to popular spots like Schönbrunn Palace and the city center. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Don't miss their breakfast. it's worth it!

The TV in our room was acting up, turning on and off by itself. It was an easy fix though. I just adjusted the antenna!

The shower temperature fluctuated, making it a bit unpredictable. Housekeeping was inconsistent. some areas felt neglected, with dust remaining in the corners throughout my stay. While the staff were generally polite, a few encounters lacked warmth, especially during check-in. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was enjoyable due to the convenient location and great breakfast.

The local eats near the hotel are a real delight! Just a hop down the street, I found Cafe Marengos serving some scrumptious pastries—perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up. Plus, the comfy vibe of the hotel's lounge area made for a cozy spot to plan my culinary adventures. And let’s not forget that the breakfast buffet had some decent options, though a splash of fresh orange juice would’ve been bliss!

On a cheeky note, I did have a bit of a hiccup with housekeeping. being knocked on the door at 8:30 AM when check-out was at noon felt a tad pushy. It wasn't anything that ruined my trip, but it certainly caught me off guard.

I loved the location! Just steps from the metro station, it made exploring the city super easy. The breakfast was delicious, but the air conditioning was a bit weak. Overall, a great stay! 😊

The Comfort Double Room was clean and had a cozy vibe, which I really appreciated. Plenty of storage space for my things, and the bathroom was modern. The bed was comfy, making it easy to relax after exploring the city. I enjoyed the USB charging ports too. However, the TV was acting weird, turning on and off on its own.

Great location near metro, but some maintenance issues like burnt-out bulbs.
